lol no include the surveys from ur respondents...ur teacher wont want to read all 30 surveys. so just write what u found from ur study of the surveys (e.g. '15% of respondents believed...') and ur conclusions from ur findings.

You normally place the surveys in your appendix =]
But I dont think you would need all of them just a few to show..
you should check up again with your teacher

our teacher actually wants to include every single survey we do, no matter how many they are.

well i am just finishing my product now.
my advice:
you should have an appendix which includes all data you collected, including primary and secondary resources.
now for example,
i had 90 surveys. so i grouped them in genders and age groups and had eg female 12-13 in one plastic sleeve, male 12-13 in the next, female 14-15 next sleeve etc etc.
you need to put them in there
because this assessment is about research methodology not the conclusion
make sure you keep all of your data and anything you find useful to put in appendix, bibliography or reference list.
good luck

it is a huge assignment,
if you want any more help feel free to email me
