I'm 17 and signed the contract myself without a consenting adult with me. This means my contract is void right? I mean ive started boxing again and both the gym and boxing is well over $300 a month. Wayyyyyy to expensive. So if i get my mum to call up and say she didn't know about it and such and that she wants it cancelled, would they cancel it without any fees?

EDIT: i forgot to add that the bloke found out i was 17 and told me to sign with my mums signature lol

Do you spare with hear gear and mouth guards at fitness first, or is it just pads and bag work?

you can't enter a legally binding contract if you're under 18, so yes it's void

edit: $300 a month??
you might as well hire a scary looking, slightly psychotic 'street person' to follow you around as a body guard/entourage.
