hey.. im doing my pip on something lyk fashion trends and how the come around again and again and stuff.. can yous tell me some trends that have been around before [you know, lyk converses and stuff?]

umm...there's heaps. The skinny jeans, flares/bellbottoms, the "waisted" look (where girls tie a belt on their waist over a top/dress). Pretty soon, maybe even high-waisted pants.

Are you focussing specifically on clothes fashion (not, for example, hairstyle fashion)?

I was going to say hairstyles and the like. For guys, long hair seemed to have come back there for a bit.
The best ways to do this might be to ask older folks too - your parents, uncles and aunts etc.
