We have our first exams this week 8. We also finish in week8 two weeks earlier then the rest of the school, weird huh?

r u serious???? we have an assessment task like halfway through this term. but we ffinish only after 10 weeks. lucky u!!!!

Maybe I miss understood them about days of, I asked my year co-ordinator and the assistant principal, ill ask again tomorrow.

Yeah like the above post said, thats not very wierd at all, our first internals for all subs will start week 8, if not, then the week after at the latest

Im not saying the exam time is weird, im saying the fact that we are of from school in week 9 and 10 is strange, you would think they would be trying to get as much HSC work done huh?

week 5 for some, week 9 for most

wekk 5 ones are like progress check type ones, just like a class test or checking on our researching and crap

week 9 are going to be mainly normal assessments/tests

i dont think its too strange, because yesterday and today ive been receiving assessment notifications for so far 4 subjects where i have assessments in week 7 and 8 so i dont think its too strange, just be thankful that there not in the first few weeks of 1st term 2009 cause that would suck studying throughout the holdidays for exams, let alone just the general work for holiday stufy

...but aren't there like, board requirements and stuff? like, you have to complete a certain numbers of hours for every subjects to fulfil them?
