My teachers won't teach past 49BC in Rome 78-28BC! Plus they haven't taught us anything about the Pel. League for Greece (Persian Wars time). Aaaagh!

Then learn it yourself... It isnt that hard really. Just use Scullard or Salmon to learn the Roman part, and then use Bury & Meggs along with Herodotus and Thucydides to learn the Pelopennesian league.

If you're doing Greece 500-440 then I dont think you need to know that much about the Pelp. league - you need to know the Delian league inside out though:

- Ionian revolt
- Persian wars - all the battles and their strategies/importance
- Delian league - why and how it was formed, how it became the Athenian empire

yeah just get the syllabus and get stuff on each dot point. that's my plan so i can figure out what my teacher has or hasn't taught us
