The truth is that you don't know the cut-off of the course. The 2007 cut-off may increase, or it may decrease. If the cut-off remained at 60, there is a chance that you might not make it, regardless if your RET score is one point below. However, there is a possibility they may accept you in the later rounds.
However, there have been cases were students get accepted in the main round. I managed to get into my course in the main round, even though my UAI was one point below the cut-off.
