almost finished an assignment on The Hound of the Baskervilles and The Real Inspector Hound, but im a little confused as 2 what the last bit of the question means:

"Evaluate the place each has in the crime fiction genre"

can someone please tell me what exactly that means??

anyway i just wanted a quick answer as to what it means by: place in the genre..
like physical setting or its place in literature? i dont know..

maybe it means how it fits in crime fiction, its importance or something

it means where they fit in the genre.... whether they are hardboiled, cozy, golden age
