Ok so I have a legal assessment, and one of the questions is:

Are same sex relationships recognised in other countries?

I am not sure where to look for this, and I have found some information on the net, but I'm unsure if they are reliable sites..

Anyone who has anything that could help, that would be really great!!

Cheers

Yes. Yes they are; though depending on the country, of course. (I assume you're talking about them being legally recognised). I suppose the best example would be England, who conduct 'civil unions', which essentially is a definite recognition of same sex relationships - I believe Elton John 'joined' with his spouse there. If you start from there, I'm sure a number of other countries which recognise same sex relationships.

And if you're unsure about the quality of certain sites on the Internet, you could always, I don't know, have a flick through some books...?
