Need help on "Crime and the Law" essay ! (1 Viewer)

Hey guys;

I've tried to start this essay but i jsut cant get a proper structure of it allowing me a nice flow. The question is "Evaluate the effectiveness of the adversary process in achieving justice for the accused, the victims and society"
If anyone could help me out that would be awesome.

-ADVERSARY SYSTEM: system used in Australia where opposing sides argue case against one another in the courtroom, independent judge and jury

-PROBLEMS WITH THE ADVERSARY SYSTEM:
oTime delays
oOften involves high costs
oWealthy can gain better legal representation
oCosts are high
oTries to find someone guilty rather than determine all the circumstances and other possible offenders.
