Need help with Chidren Soldiers Global Report (1 Viewer)

In class we are working on child soldiers, but i can't summarise what the Children Soliders Global Report May 2001, London.
I can't find any decent webpages giving a definition of it's goals or plans, and i am stuck :l if someone can help i'll be truly greatful
