So i got this legal speech and i need a good landmark human rights case (except mabo). any ideas??? thx

I think Australia's treatment od refugee's will be done by ALOT of people considering the amount of media attention it will recieve. As a result typically everyone will have the same sort of speech which may make yours boring while is also more likely to be compared to others and recieve more poor marks.
I advise that you do the child sex trade.
This is where individuals travel over to other countries with the intention of having sexual intercourse with a minor. This defies a childs human rights and breaks articles 3 4 and 5 of the UN declaration of human rights.

True. But if you do Asylum Seekers really well, you can still get a really good mark. I agree with you, however, that Child Sex Tourism may be the wiser choice.
