Im having trouble understanding the meaning of

- Direct securities , primary market and secondary market

can someone dumb it down for me please

Also is there a website or link that helps write a report discussing the financial position of a business

Primary market is the issue of debt instruments by the borrower of funds
Secondary Market is the purchase and sale of existing securities

Not sure abt debt sec's.
