Hey guys,

Do you know of any software that allows you to access media over the network (stored on 1 computer)?

We've got 10 or so different screens (PCs, Macs, TV, PSP at home and itd be nice to be able to open up a front row style program and be able to browse through everything and play it from anywhere)

At the moment you have to go into the shared folder on the main computer via My Network Places, but then you have to access from Windows Explorer (i.e. no playlists, cant search my most played/artist name etc - its just a list of files... ok for movies, not so good for music)

Well, a quick search turned up a program that might be worth a try, namely mythTV (MythTV in Detail). Seems to be the sort of thing that you'd be after and, considering it's open source, it's not like you'd be wasting any money if you didn't like it.
Not entirely sure about getting a client for your non-computer devices though (I'd give up on the TV for starters :p).
