lol, it is $299, just like the reduced price at myer a while ago.

good things come to those who wait.

and the new one supports longer battery life (prolly due to new seagate hard drive)

$299 :eek: and 18 hour battery life too (better than standard ipod) that's really good value especially compared to the ipod mini's competitors creative's zen micro and iriver's H10 both cost around $500 :) apple's gonna kill the competition!

that's not so bad since the front USB on most compters are powered even when you computer is turned off.

must be less durable since most things do try to manufacture stuff cheaply, must be really easy to stuff up or break.

It's ok as long as u only use ur ipod at home... like u need usb to connect them anyway.

But when u go away on holidays, there won't always be usb... so it'll suck.

i wonder why they havent implemented a user changeable battery??
It costs 105 US dollars to replace...lol might as well buy another ipod
