i got my username and password to log onto the student portal but for some real stupid reason my password does not work, and i am entering it correctly with the random characters and birthdate and all....i've tried over 10 times...'password is incorrect' are any other new students having this problem

Not to contradict that u juz saidu typed it in correctly... but the password is case sensitive...
the first letter for mine was capital. did u happen to accidentally overlook that?

no, not at all all mine are lower case, im entering it correctly.

Umm, go the Library and the first floor (the one you walk in on is second floor), and ask the enquiry person to reset your password.

i applied for non-award and i got the username and pword yesterday in the mail

it doesn't say its busy it says 'password is incorrect'

try it with first letter of pw in uppercase...
maybe the letter u got had typo...i thought every1s pw started wiv capital...

i got that for estudent as well
emailed them and they said its the server overload

wait...r u tryn to login to estudent with ur mqid?!

u dont use mqid for estudent
estudent username is ur student id and pw is ur bday like DDMMYYYY (for ur first login)

u use mqid for stuff like webct and library e-reserve

i'm saying that cos i had similiar problem with estudent, cept i didn't type the wrong password, but the server was down
