Seriously, if you are new to university, have questions and are looking for someone to ask, you should make sure you elect to get a Mentor. You will be automatically allocated one when you nominate to attend an Orientation Session or if you have already elected not to, visit their website here: Transition Program or https://www.facebook.com/MentorsAtMacquarie

Mentors are 2nd year and above and are trained to make your transition to university easier. They can answer questions regarding university and student life as well as give you tips and tricks on studying and learning at uni.

Many other BoSers have either had a Mentor help them or become one themselves, and it is a worthwhile, and free, program.

Anyone considering getting a mentor, do it. Mine was lovely, and made the transition into uni a whole lot easier.
