I think I read somewhere else that you want to do a Bachelor of Commerce. If so this page is the Course Information page for Commerce in 2005. It has all the subjects you can do for your degree.

As for me, I have decided that if I don't get into Finance, Commerce, Economics, or (maybe) Business, that I am probably going to drop out of University. So I will see.

It can be taken second year, possibly even first year i think...It is a second year subject in the standard civil engineering degree.

you dont have to wait until third year to do a third year subject if there are no assumes courses. I have to do that course in my fifth year.
