Dude, I had like two people coming up to me in the same day asking if I was airie. I was just like, O.O How the HELL do you know?? Must have it written all over me or something <.< So not used to hearing it being called out though. Takes me half a second to realise, "Oh, that's me."

And Charles? Oh he's right here. You just have to look.

Yeah, NMSS was quite fun, esp the last night Hmm, despite having had so little sleep, I'm quite energetic right now. And no, I didn't take any caffeine tablets *shifty eyes*

I'm not too sure of the criteria on reinvites. One of them is what your tutor thinks of you (ie work well in tutes/private study). Involvement in the olympiad programme probably helps. If you're well known to Terry, I think that helps too. Vinh didn't even submit any of the forms back and got re-invited.

I don't know if you were being sarcastic with the italicisation, but its a breeze compared to the olympiad camps ... which leaves more time for nerdiness: most people worked out most of the mind games by the end of the two weeks.

I wasn't being sarcastic. They seriously sound like they have far too much time on their hands. Like the songs you were singing? Most olympiad people... are normal... they go about as far as making geeky jokes and then that's it. =P

EGs do number theory again and learn new courses. They help out with the social events, but stay strictly out of running the academic program.

You must have pretty screwed up thinking to say that it's nerdy as opposed to olympiad camps. People are given lots of free time to socialise and explore Canberra. The songs are just for the final concert; quite normal in fact. To counter your claims of nerdiness, when was the last time guys and girls hooked up during olympiad camp?
