Just on the uts eng website and it says that its strongly recomended to submit a personal statement with your application. I completed the hsc in 06 with a uai of 91 and the cutoff last year was 85. Do you really think that its necessary to submit a personal statement that much above the cutoff? or is the personal statement more designed for non current schoo leavers whos uai might be under the cutoff necessary?
