Penrith isn't that far. I travel between ryde and richmond every day by train, and it only takes about an hour, which isn't that bad. If u want to do a course bad enough, then just go for it and don't worry about the travel time. If u go by public transport u can always study on the trains or even sleep, like most of us do. lol.
