i think the nuts and bolts one is where everyone gets a nut or bolt (i dont know exactly how it works but i assume girls would get the bolts and guys the nuts?) and then you find your match and i guess your meant to spend time with them..

toga i have no idea

traffic light is where they have red, oranage and green stickers and upon entry they ask you what colour you want (red= taken, orange= not sure, green= single) so then everyone knows what you are and hence whether or not they can chat you up

we had this one night on our cruise... some of us however decided to ask for all three and actually wear it like a traffic light thingymajig
