O-week is fun. It's mostly for the college kids and for NCS to piss off people at the entrances when the first years walk in to get their show bags, but you can still have fun if you know what's going on.

O week is something my mum is making me go to, when i much rather stay at home and do nothing

lol i went into the uni with my sister on tuesday and she knew her way around ever though shes been there like twice, ive found my guide/nav man

Nah, go to the union building at least once during O week. It's rubbish, but you get a bunch of freebies And it's a good opportunity to have a good look around.

Im pretty sure thats just bar trivia (its at gt, right?). If it is ive been a few times, its decent, but its only as 'fun' as the people on your team.

O week is silly and shit. Go to the sessions for your course, but apart from that theres no point in going, esp on days when you have no designated session on. That being said, it is useful in getting to know your way around the campus if youre not familiar with it.

Yea, but in the student diaries it was under the "beer bingo, bar trivia and laughataloser". I just made a gaping assumption that it was the same thing.

instead of going to officeworks, just go to O week to get all your stationary stuff. I'll get enough pens etc to last me for the whole year
