is this an ok objective thing for the requirement report?

Objectives

To enable relatively computer illiterate users to keep their computers running to their full potential by creating a set of easy to follow tutorials and making them easily accessible by publishing them in a director movie format. The programs covered in the tutorials will include: “AdAware” (for spyware and adware removal), “AVG Antivirus” (for virus protection and removal), “System Restore” (for the protection data loss and/or evading problems which occur), “Disk Cleanup” (for the removal of unneeded files) and “Disk Defragmenter” (for the organizing of files on the hard drive).

That sounds pretty good in my opinion but I think your objectives sound too much like the solution rather than an objective- try to keep it simple.

Eg. "Enable relatively computer illiterate users to keep their computers running to their full potential" is an Objective

Eg. "by publishing them in a director movie format" is not an Objective

Eg. "The programs covered in the tutorials will include: “AdAware” (for spyware and adware removal), “AVG Antivirus” (for virus protection and removal), “System Restore” (for the protection data loss and/or evading problems which occur), “Disk Cleanup” (for the removal of unneeded files) and “Disk Defragmenter” (for the organizing of files on the hard drive)." is too specific- no need to mention individual program names yet; but you can list the tasks which you want the tutorials to cover and then put "Eg." (and the program name).

As a tip, if you want it to look longer (and also more organised), use dot points when listing objectives or examples.
