My girlfriend got 99.95. The damn woman had to go and beat me. (Her SAM prediction was 99.95 for 2003, so I'd say it was a good estimate)

Depends on if the cutoff goes up or down. If you are lucky it comes down you might be able to. You can always phone up and beg.... or better, beg in person

IMO these higher marks are simulated by easier exams this year, and/or the Board lowering the bar for band 6, rather than any real improvement of the candidature.
