Godamn, Mischa's one dedicated guy though.... it's like he hand counts his beans one by one and measures them out to miligrams for roasting... has his lappy all hooked up to it to monitor the temperature and what not. Crema house is good, but I doubt they're that accurate!

Can't fault the coffee though... one time I managed to get a coffee out of my little espresso machine as good as the coffee I had at 3 monkeys yesterday, if not better.
