- iambored: i can only make 2 mintue noodles for dinner, so 3 minutes works well for me

I have to love channel 7. They keep telling me that I should watch the Thorpe/Hackett 400m race, but they don't tell me when it is on! Great way to keep me watching ...

thorpe/hackett is on from 2.54 - 3am.

check out the athens site for more info on any sport, they have the times and updates on who got through (although they are a bit slow with these)
