Hi everyone

I'm offering online Mathematics Extension 1 & 2 tutoring (sadly no in person as I'm currently interstate, studying at Monash uni). I can also tutor university subjects if you're interested in going beyond the syllabus, such as first year maths or real analysis, which I both achieved 99%+ in.

I graduated Dux of my school with an atar of 98.95 in 2023, as well as marks of 99 in Mathematics Extension 1 and 95 in Mathematics Extension 2 respectively (ranked first in both). I currently study mathematics at university, where I have a perfect GPA of 4/4. I have achieved numerous top scores in my cohort at university, including 100% in 3 subjects and numerous other 90+ marks.

I'm looking to either:
  1. Help students accelerate ahead and challenge themselves, covering content well in advance and supplying harder questions if needed, or
  2. Help students who are struggling to subvert their expectations and master the subject.
I can provide lessons on any topic in the curriculum, or we can just work through problems if you would prefer to hone in on one area. So if you'd like to cover the whole syllabus in a couple of months or just get help with a few topics that you need to master, I can help to reach your goals and push you further.

I also want to help students to focus on concepts as much as memorisation. Unfortunately when it comes to HSC, you do really have to grind out as many past papers as you can to gain familiarity, as is with practicing any new skill; however, doing this naively without understanding the content to a high level is useless, and a trap that I initially fell into in year 11 (and even in year 12 at points). So my aim is to mix working hard and working smart in the right way to help you succeed as much as possible, as well as hopefully garner a passion and interest in mathematics.

My rates at the moment are 40/hr for 1-1, and 30/hr for group tutoring (2-5 people is best), but these are flexible if needed. If you're interested, feel free to message me here and we can organise something :)
