Hey there, title should be pre self explanatory.
Could you please reply with links and effect of each Operation Influence (Globalisation, Technology, Quality Expectations, Cost Based Competition, Government Policies, Legal Regulations, Environmental Sustainability, CSR) on how well a business achieves its Operational performance objectives (Quality, Speed, Dependability, Flexibility, Cost, Customisation) ?

globalisation - cost, ur being able to access global markets and thus find inputs at a cheaper price
tech - speed or quality or cost or ( customisation even), ur reducing human error, which would be an added expense, no human error = higher quality, as well as producing products quicker as tech (like robotics) are programmed to do stuff (u could argue that tech may reduce speed if it like breaks down and u need to repair)
quality expectations - quality, ur producing goods at a set standard of quality
cost-based - cost -> ur tryna reduce operaitonal costs for a price/competitive advantage
government policies + legal regulations are weak so i never used them, but they essentially are expensive so u cant achieve cost objective
csr - quality, depending on what ur using

i always used globalisation, tech and quality expectations, but if u want me to explain more on them i can
