My school did family and workplace...and i revised only safety/discrimination for workplace
and recognition of same sex couples/care and protection of children.
Are 2 dot points for each option enough? or is it better to go through more dot points?

You should aim to cover the syllabus as a whole - also look at the Themes and Challenges part of the syllabus to get a feel for the questions which could be asked on the HSC.
