optus broadband. (1 Viewer)

I'm on the optus power plan and I haven't gone over my data usage for the month, however, the wireless and internet keeps cutting out and over the past few days I've noticed webpages loading terribly slowly as if I have gone over my broadband.

I was wondering if any other optus users have experienced the same and if anyone knows what's up? I did try ringing optus, but the bastards put me on hold before hanging up on me.

So you are using Wireless Network between the modem and your computer? That'll be the most likely candidate of disconnections and slowness.

Recently there has been a "slow down" of international communication, that is probably what you're experiencing.
