I'm going for an interview this afternoon for the job of an Optus retail consultant.

I'm really nervous, if anyone reads this in time, i need advice on things they will ask and what's involved!

I'd imagine they'd ask generic q's regarding retail and personality- although who's to say they won't ask something else? If you know a bit about Optus (such as the fact it's actually owned by Singtel) or that Optus is actually short for Cable & Wireless Optus, it'll give you something to say if you need to start a conversation or something... *shrugs* I read up heaps on all the places I applied for.
