Gonna go stationary shopping tmrw for the new year, but wanted to ask -
What do you think is the most effective way of doing and filing schoolwork?
About to go into yr 12 (the hsc 09 board isn't open yet).. Last year I just kept 3 books in total for my 6 subjects, and wrote and stuck everything into these exercise books.. 2 subjects in each book. It was moderately effective until I would have to hand a book in, though by the end of the year, they were chocabloc full of pasted-in handouts D;
I've tried doing folders before but I end up carrying more and more paper very quickly.. and I hate carrying excessive books - I'd rather just have a few sheets of paper that I need for the day..
In my more optimistic moments, I tell myself that I'll come home every day after school and type the day's work up on my laptop - that way I'll really cement that knowledge in my head, and I could take just one exercise book to school.. But realistically, I couldn't keep up.
So what do you recommend?
What is essential to have and the best way to organize shiz?
