Yeah, this happens all the time though. I've heard of it happening across South-East Asia and China in nightclubs and hotels. This is what you get with a lack of government regulation, a lack of common-sense and a shitload of poor people.

I mean think about it - 700 live patrons who will come and spend at your supermarket the next time or 700 charred bodies and a really bad repuation which will probably see you go bankrupt. Then again, they probably have links to Communist and Drug money so it doesn't really matter.
