im not sure if it's right, but heres my solution....
midpoing of PQ is
x=a(p+q) and y=(a\2)(p²+q²) after u do some stuff
for OQ to remain parallel to tangent at P, then q=2p
i.e midpoing M would be:
x=3ap, y=(a\2)(5p²)
p=x\3a, therefore y=5x²\18a is the equation of the locus of M...

hahaha please correct me if im wrong =P
