I was wondering if i would be able to park on campus on a weekend (this sat, without a permit), or would security fine me

you should be able to find a parking spot on the surrounding streets pretty easily

why would u? parking at uni on weekends is free. just slot your car in one of the spots opposite to K17 (CSE).
