I know there is always a way to find the answer, but I have to question the common sense in putting out 'markers comments' which for the most part are 'a good response demonstrated good undertstanding' - and leaves it at that.
It would be a good idea for the Board to put in a 'sample answer', which I'm sure they would have lined up somewhere....
But then people question why they got a certain mark and teachers winge and dispute whether that 'sample answer' was actually deserving of full marks. Leaving it relatively ambiguous gives the Board of Studies some sort of soveriegnty in the marking process.
