How can I tell you if I don't even know?
Hey there,

Just doing some practice papers before the Ancient exam but hit a little road block...

The question was from Section I - Personalities - Xerxes:

(c) Evaluate the ancient or modern interpretations of Xerxes. 10 marks.

Ok, do they just want you to evaluate either one - that is, ancient or modern, or both? For example - ancient: Western view - critical ect / Eastern - praising ect.

Any help would be very wonderful :) and appreciated :D many thanks in advance and good luck everyone!

They want you to pick one and evaluate it, although you would refer to the other type of source to compare the accuracy or whatever you are evaluating
