BS. My Year Advisor with support from other teachers thought it was best if I did pathways. Pffffft. LIke they really knew what was best for me.

Well, hopefully your parents and friends know you best. =\
But yeah, admittedly, doesn't work for everyone, but I know it did for me. My Year Advisor pretty much knows all of my strengths and weaknesses, and has recommended me subject choices since Year 8, when we first had to choose subjects.

My school tried to tell me what subjects I should do.
They said I should do Ext maths, Ext English, SOR, Physics, Eco and Chem OR Ext maths, Ext English, SOR, Business, Legal and Eco.

I didn't listen to them =]
