I need to know bout extra small or small PC cases.. hopefulli to fit 2 HDD and 2 drives + 1 floppy this would be ideal but i coud live with
1 HDD
1 cd/DVD drive

Otherwise anyone: Since i dont want to have a small case, but i want something like an LCD Multimedia thing in it, so i can play my music while the computer is off, can you get this to put into a 5 1/4" bay? whilst the computer is crappy, i want the multimedia unit thing!

Search about for Micro cases... I was also thinking the LCD Multimedia cases...

If you want a smallish one get one of the Thermaltakes (or at least look at them), they've got some pretty decent cooling in them.

if you want a small case you'll have to have a micro atx mobo.

hmm.. thanks ppl.. ill check those out..

why so small? cos i like small sleek ones.. and im moving interstate for uni..

im goin to prolly hav DVD burner , digital TV tuner, and 5.1 sound (onboard) + decent vid card.. still thinkin bout brands and proper specs.. im trying to make it cheap but small cos its prolly only for a single person...save me buying TV and stereo.. removable storage is my next priorty..

wat u think?

You should have a look at http://www.minipc.com.au
The one i like especially is the abit DigiDice computer. But its a bit expensive.

You can build the system up there with your specs.

Does that mb not have 800 fsb? Because you will only pay an extra $20 for an 800 fsb processor. And $310 for that processor in your list is a ripoff.

yer thanks.. i figured its too much but i havent gone to the comp markets yet.

might Ebay most of the stuff.. LCD 15" is bout $350 ish..

yer i think ill FSB 800 it cos the motherboard can hack it..
