Hello current and future PD hscers
i noticed there weren't that many notes/resources hanging around when i did my hsc and i thought i might be able to ease the load by handing out my notes. they cover the two cores and the options improving performance and sports medicine. i hope you find them of some use for your study
protip - past paper questions and know your syllabus back to front (literally memorised - i still know mine)

i got 94 as my hsc mark - cant remember if that's raw or not lol
