hey,
i heard that students from james ruse has a copy of a glossary of key terms. (in the same way that BOS has theirs) execpt it applies to math and is distributed to students from that school... can you send a copy to me if u have one?? (4u.azn1@gmail.com)

I don't see what could possibly be hard about the glossary used in Math ?

Prove - Show that statement a = statement b (can manipulate both sides).
Show - Like above, but you need to work with statement a
Deduce - Using previous result, find the answer
Hence - using previous result, find the answer.
otherwise - or any other method

I have that sheet on maths terms... but it is as simple as what tommykins said.. no big deal really

Every school has a copy of the key terms, otherwise, how would they know how the question is supposed to be answered? I'm supposing the Board of Studies would have it somewhere on their website, it's just up to you to do a bit of searching. If you are really in need of the glossary, you could always ask the Mathematics Faculty at your school, and your teacher would also be able to tell you.

thats the thing... the math staff need the verb sheet... and he told me that the sheet is an internal thing for students goin to that skool
