looking to buy a new phone for my sister. which MUST have:

flip-phone
camera

doesnt matter about brand, as long as they are relatively reliable.

any recommendations? i am so confused as to which one.

don't want to spend too much. cheapness = good for me

don't think it would be enough for a d600. unless you know of some good 'discounted' ones
