hey i currently do photography at high school therefore i will not get a UAI. but i remember my teacher telling me about an alternative at uni for people like me that wants to continue doing photography courses... i was wondering if anyone knows about this? or can give me any more information.

Some uni's will allow you enter arts / creative industries / etc by submitting a portfolio and attending an interview.

I guess it depends what degree you're trying to get.

They let people in with portfolios in 2004. link

There are two degrees in the Creative Arts Faculty that you could look at

I know some CA kiddies do take a few photography classes but I don't think there's a specific photography course.

But I do believe you need to have a UAI.
