My physics teacher has absolutely no idea.

I know I just complained about my english teacher but I also need to
complain about my physics teacher who when is asked a question, scratches his head and shruggs / changes topic WTF.

lol, I know how it feels. They make these pauses, and "umms" a lot. And worse they confuse you even more.

My teacher is SOOOO GOOOD (Eric Gibbings.. sucked in to his old school we got him now)
Quote:"i don't teach physics.... I practice physics" he teaches in a kinda non stop demonstration where u take no notes but somehow learn a lot.
Quote:"Notes are for people with bad memory" he reckons if u need to take notes uve got a textbook so use it.

I LOVE Physics...

Our physics teacher is the only full-time teacher that can do physics at our school, or should i say was.
We just lost our teacher(also the head teacher) 2 terms before our hsc. Ah well, i guess it was for the better, she wasnt all that good, but did know her stuff, jus explained things poorly, and no1 listened so that all went to the shitter.
We did have a casual for a lil while, and he was the best. he explained things and was funny, did some funny sound effects that helped us remember and demonstrate things. He explained all the speed of light and relativity shit. He knew it all cause of a PhD in Astro-physics or sumfin.
We get our new casual teacher for the next 2 terms, i hope hes 1/2 decent or i guess im teachin meself physics.

My physics teacher .... *SIGH*

Mr Prince , Does not follow sylabus.

teaches at a random rate , electricity one day, waves the other

Is the best at explaining so no one understands (i did a survey and out of like 15 students only 3 understood....

Is the only teacher thats teaching physics..

teaches like we have a phd on physics and are their to learn the extra curriculum.... so if you ask questions he gives a sigh and a dark look and walks away.

Will teach things without telling you why or what or how.

Does not give us notes and verbaly talks with his german accent and pathetic grammer which makes no sense.

IS RUINING MY CHANCES IF ANY OF THE HSC LOL.

im droping physics because it is very hard to self teach imo , our text book is not preliminary and is very hard to understand.

im glad i got that off my chest... probebly killed my enter button in the process.

In my opinion, I think Physics teachers know their field, but just can't explain things to the class.

To overcome this, what I do is I get my physics teacher to look over my notes to see if I'm doing the right thing! She writes some really helpful comments in my work!!!
