I think just focus on vector questions w this (ie just grind vectors, bc 90% is basically just a vector addition qn). I found this the better part, but find momentum and work cancerous...

Recall: V(A rel. to B)= V(A)-V(B) and represent it using vector substraction and it should be discernible

I recon just sit down and persevere it. You won't gain anything from looking back at the solutions constantly simply because you wouldn't be given the same luxury in the hsc. + it builds critical thinking which is likely what you want to build for a subj such as phys.
