A bunch of flowers is formed using single flowers from five different types: daffodils, tulips, roses, lilies, and petunias. What is the minimum number of flowers in a bunch required to ensure that it contains at least four flowers of any one type?

The answer is 16, but I got 21. Not too sure why it is 16

The question is from the 2019 Sydney grammar paper.

take the worst case scenario

one d,t,r,l,p
then another d,t,r,l,p
and one more time

we have 3 d,t,r,l,p - 15 in total one more flower and ur guaranteed four of any one type
