Hey guys, sorry to bother you.

Yes, I have read the packet instructions several times and they aren't very clear so I have a few questions. If it helps, I'm on Yasmin

1) If I don't want my period so, when I get to the end of the active tablets, do I take the tablets from the coloured section to finish the pack? (ie, skip the sugar tablets and take the remaining tablets in the pack)

2) When I finish all the pills in that packet and I start a new packet, where do I start from? When I started on the pill, I started on the first day of my period in the green area, but since I'm not having my period where do I start in?

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

depending on which one you're taking maybe.

i'm on yasmin as well and if you miss one take it as soon as you remember then use other contraception for a week then you're fine

yeah, basically what everyone else has said, if you want to skip your period more than once, expect spotting because it just doesn't not do it at all... so if its once that should be fine, but you'll prob spot while your on the contraceptive pills. Also when you start the next pack, if your skipping, just start from the first appropriate contraceptive pill after the sugar pills (so if its a Wednesday take the first Wednesday contraceptive pill) and that should skip it fine... hope I didn't confuse anyone
