PIP due tomorrow, one desperate question !!! Please HELP !! (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,
I am so incredibly disorganised, but I have FINALLY managed to piece together a
PIP ..

Only problem being, I have completely forgotten how to set it out ..is it meant to be double spaced? And what is the font size ?

If anyone could let me know I would be very happy .. I am of course waiting until the very last minute to print it !

Double spaced, size 12 font. All this info should be in your textbook as well
