So, trying to 'maximise' my marks and need to know what subjects to focus on.

I have one week of study before trials and simply not enough time for everything.

Should I; further my best subjects, bring up my lower subjects, or balance my time and go average in everything?

Current ranks are:

Adv. Eng- 8/60
Ext. Eng- 5/12
Modern His. - 1/30
Ext. His- 4/4
Software - 2/15
General Maths - 5/50?
SOR - 30something / 60ish

Any advice welcome

assuming that all exams are weighted equally, I would put more effort into my weaknesses. Think about the law of diminishing return.

I agree with above post.
However must take into account that only 10 units will count in HSC not 12.

From his ranks that looks highly unlikely, however anything can happen I guess >_<

I'll study english - my comparative advantage. You study maths - your comparative advantage. And we'll trade our HSC marks with mimimal trade barriers.

Now that's what I call efficient allocation of resources.

I would assume thats 1 unit SOR?
You should probably work on your ext his and your english marks (2 units counted).
