Your time is greatly appreciated. My P.I.P concerns crime fiction as entertainment and in particular, the forensic science aspect of it.
Wikipedia defines crime fiction as a genre of fiction that deals with crimes, their detection, criminals, and their motives. It is usually distinguished from mainstream fiction and other genres such as science fiction or historical fiction, but boundaries can be, and indeed are, blurred. It has several sub-genres, including detective fiction (including the whodunnit), legal thriller, courtroom drama, and hard-boiled fiction.

Yes. Just the way they find the criminals through such little pieces of evidence.

No. There are different types of crime fiction, some with forensic science and some without and they are both good.

Have you always enjoyed crime fiction? If not, what other genres?
Yes.

No. it may AMUSE me at times, but not really interest.

2. Do you think that the inclusion of forensic science in a crime fiction program interests you more than one without it? Why?
No- Have done forensic science as a study and the do it WRONG. For eg, Luminol, used to make blood show up under UV light is TOXIC and will KILL you if you spray it all over the room....

3. Have you always enjoyed crime fiction? If not, what other genres?
Yea, usually as movies, but I also enjoy psychological thrillers eg Secret Window with Johhny Depp.

Yes - I'm not as interested in the law as I am in the science.

yes! it's so interesting the way that such care is taken for specs of eviedence that could potentially solve a whole case- and link the perpetrator to others!!! far out~ it's amazing!

yeah i think so- although even without the forensic science it's so interesting to see the thought processes of exceptionally great investigators...like monk!!! luv monk!!! lol

yeah i've enjoyed crime since i was about 13...but comedy has always been a factor and basically anything labelled as being "chick" lol
